Rental Policy
Payments | We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover
  | Deposit | Equipment needs to be reserved with a major credit card. Prior to your event you may pay your balance with the same credit card or cash. However, the credit card number will stay on file for security. For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card.
We require a 25% deposit to secure the rental equipment for your event date. This amount will be applied to the total order amount and the remaining balance will be due in cash, prior to setup. | Cancellations | Major changes in reserved rentals just prior to your event is a hardship for everyone. Please make changes early enough to allow others a chance to rent these items. Cancellation of reservations made at least 30 days of event will result in a 25% booking fee.
If cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to the event date, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. We will be glad to rescedule the equipment for another event date. No refunds will be given, however credits will be issued in lieu of refunds, and are good up to one year. We will work with you to make you a satisfied customer. | Lease Terms & Conditions | | The rental property will only be in operation during the stated initial terms. However, the equipment may be delivered sooner and/or picked up later than the stated initial terms, and the lessee accepts responsibility for the equipment, in accordance with the contract, as long as the rental property is in the lessee's delivery address designated herein; the rental rate for the initial terms is due and payable as stated above. Furthermore, it is agreed that once the rental unit has been setup and the transactional funds has been made there will be no refunds of rental fees.The rental property will be used soley by the the lessee at the designated address only, and soley for the purpose for which it was manufactured and intended. It may not be removed from the designated address for use at any other address, for any reason, without the written consent of the lessor. If it becomes necessary to dismantle or move any equipment, an additional charge of 20% of the rental cost for the equipment will be in effect. Lessee shall have a represenattive, 21 years of age or older, to re-verify order, accept the delivery, and direct the installation of the rental equipment. Lessee or his/her represenative agrees that the rental property has been personally inspected and examined by him/her and found to be in first-class condition when received. Lessee agrees to return the rental property to lessor in good repair condition and working order, less normal wear and depreciation, unless lessee has paid lessor, in cash, the stipulated loss value of such rental item. | Delivery Charges | We do offer free delivery to our customers within specified delivery zipcodes. Our delivery charges ranges from $15 - $35. If unsure if we deliver in your area, please call our office for more information. |
